Thank you for your interest in being a WHC Mentor. There are 5 things I need Mentors to do.

  1. Create an auto scheduler link that participants can use to schedule free 15-minute Zoom sessions. This should be linked to your calendar to prevent double booking.
  2. Meet with Participants as scheduled and provide advice in your area of expertise during 15-minute Zoom sessions.
  3. Each week, track your completed 15-minute Zoom session meeting dates on this spreadsheet—-> LINK
  4. Proactively reschedule any missed meetings with participants. Note- they may schedule/ reschedule meetings with another mentor if your schedule does not work for them. So, please be proactive. You are paid for the 15-minute meetings you actually complete. If you choose to go beyond 15 minutes, that is your choice, but you are only paid for the authorized 15-minute sessions. Ideally, sessions with the same participant should occur on different dates. Only in emergency situations should two sessions occur with the same participant with the same Mentor.
  5. If you are submitting invoices, submit these invoices on the 1st of the month. We use your weekly updates on the tracking spreadsheet and your submitted invoices as documentation for payment on our government contracts. If we don’t receive your weekly tracking and monthly invoices, we cannot guarantee payment. Also, your invoices should match the spreadsheet. Feel free to copy and paste to save time.

Currently, Law Mentors are paid $300 per hour. If you are not a Law Mentor, your rate is $100 per hour, or you are a Mentor who provides service in exchange for free referrals. You and I would have discussed and agreed to this rate prior, so if there is any concern or uncertainty, please email me asap. Also, understand that you are expected to complete four 15-minute one-on-one sessions for each billable hour.

This agreement does not stop you for working with other programs. Please go make your money. Also, I encourage you to offer your services to the participants after the program ends. In the past, this has been a great way to grow your business.

If you can agree to these terms, please complete this Mentor Agreement interest form below. I will respond to your submission via email with an “AGREED” to formalize our agreement for 2025. Then, I will invite you to certain cohorts based on business need.
