Required Documents
- Personal financial statement(s), signed and dated, for each individual and/or partner with 20% or more ownership stake in the business
- Three years business tax returns
- Three years personal tax returns
- Last Year’s year-end financial statements (profit and loss statement and balance sheet)
- This Year’s interim financials (profit & loss statement and balance sheet)
- Two year forward financial projections with written assumptions
- Twelve-month cash flow statement
- Business debt schedule (*If there is business debt listed, it must mirror the amounts shown on your balance sheet liability section)
- Business Plan and/or executive summary
- Maryland Certificate of Good Standing
- Operating Agreement
- Professional resume of all owners
- Photocopy of owner’s identification
- Three months of business bank statements
- Three months of personal bank statements
- Copies of your personal credit reports
- Any Collateral you have to secure the loan
- Explanation Letter- If there are credit challenges, we need to explain late payments and high balances. Plus, we need to explain how you plan to improve the financial situation.
