If you haven’t already, please complete the ADP paperwork with Kimberly Anthony at grow@whcusa.com. This is necessary so we can pay you via direct deposit and provide you with an accurate 1099 tax form next year.
We pay monthly. So, on the 1st of each month, complete this form for the work you did in the prior month. Please upload any supporting details in PDF format. If you don’t have any supporting documentation to upload, please give us details as an answer to the final question.
Please note that these are government contracts, so accuracy is very important. Only submit an invoice for work you can show that you completed.
