It is our proven process for evaluating any business idea so that any entrepreneur can find and understand the customer’s need, determine what will be involved in filling that need and taking the steps needed to take to get paid. Execution is key!

  1. Set your annual revenue goal and do the simple math to exclude possibilities.
  2. Create your budget on an excel cashflow statement. Know the essentials.
  3. Set Annual, Monthly, Weekly and Daily Sales Goals!
  4. Map your offering of products and services to current needs in the market.
  5. Will the target customers buy enough to support your revenue goal? Be conservative.
  6. Tweak your target customer based on their needs and market potential.
  7. Make conservative projections based on the numbers, not emotions.
  8. Talk to actual potential customers and get to know them to know, like and trust you.
  9. Compare findings with projections. Tweak if needed and start engaging.
  10. Market and sell products and services that address current needs. Constantly Evaluate!
