As we consider how we will restart or start selling to customers, let’s look at the fundamentals of finding a need in the market, filling that need and getting paid. These 3 steps are the fundamentals of business.
This free, 3 week online course was developed by Will Holmes Consulting (WHC), a leader in developing and growing sustainable businesses. Here are the topics we will cover:
Week 1: Find A Need
You must provide value to a customer in order for them to pay you and you must be mentally ready to handle all that comes with being in business. In Week 1, we will address Proper Mindset, How to Make Money and How to Find Paying Customers. We will address B2C, B2B and B2G. This is an interactive session.
Week 2: Fill A Need
You must understand your customers’ needs and be able to identify which needs they are willing to pay you to address. In Week 2, we will address how to Research Your Market, Understand Your Numbers and How to Plan for a Sufficient Infrastructure to support your revenue goals. This is an interactive session.
Week 3: Get Paid
Your infrastructure, technology and accounting system allow you to run your business and meet your customers’ needs so you can get paid. In Week 3, we address recommendations for essential technology that integrates with point of sales systems, websites, accounting tools, bank accounts, customer databases, inventory tracking and online sales. We will also talk about staying competitive so you can keep your customers and keep getting paid in good or bad economies. This is an interactive session.
The classes will be online on Fridays at 10:30am to 12 noon EST. We have a limit of 100 attendees. Once you register, you will receive log-in information and automated reminders. If you need additional support you will be given the option of discounted 1-on-1 coaching sessions with the facilitator, Will Holmes. We ask that everyone agrees to mute their mics or phones during the class so that everyone can enjoy the learning environment. Attendees with unmuted phones and loud background noise will be disconnected from the session. The sessions will be recorded and available for download at a later date.
