Thank you for your interest in being a WHC Mentor. There are 5 things I need Mentors to do.

  1. Create an auto scheduler link that participants can use to schedule free 15-minute or 30-minute Zoom sessions. This should be linked to your calendar to prevent double booking.
  2. Meet with Participants via Zoom as scheduled and provide advice in your area of expertise during 15-minute or 30-minute Zoom sessions.
  3. Proactively reschedule any missed meetings with participants. Note- they may schedule/ reschedule meetings with another mentor if your schedule does not work for them. So, please be proactive. You are paid for the 15-minute or 30 minute meetings you actually complete. If you choose to go beyond 30 minutes, that is your choice, but you are only paid for the authorized 15-minute or 30-minute sessions. For example, you would complete four 15-minute one-on-one sessions or two 30-minute sessions for each billable hour.
  4. If you are submitting invoices, submit these invoices on the 1st of the month. We use your submitted invoices as documentation for payment on our government contracts. If we don’t receive your monthly invoices in a timely fashion, we cannot guarantee payment.
  5. If invited, and you are available, attend panel sessions or training sessions and provide advice in your area of expertise. These panel sessions are via Zoom. You are paid $100 per hour for panel sessions and training sessions.

Currently, Law Mentors are paid $300 per hour. If you are not a Law Mentor, your rate is $100 per hour.  You and I would have discussed and agreed to this rate prior, so if there is any concern or uncertainty, please email me asap.

This agreement does not stop you for working with other programs. Please go make your money. Also, I encourage you to offer your services to the participants after the program ends. In the past, this has been a great way to grow your business.

If you can agree to these terms, please complete this Mentor Agreement form below. You will receive a copy of this to finalize our agreement. Also, please check your email for invitations to serve cohorts based on business need.
