Step 1: Please purchase your administrative hours below. Additional time can be purchased if needed. This is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a 3rd party. The purchase of admin hours will be deducted from the final success fee charged by WHC upon the sale (8%) or purchase (3%) of a business. You can choose to get started with 16 hours or 40 hours. We will update you weekly with hours used and your balance. Most clients need 40 hours of our services.

Step 2: After we receive your retainer, we wil lsend you the NDA and Service Agreement. Please return the signed agreemnt to Will Holmes at will@whcusa.com. He wil countersign and send you the final version for your records. Then, the team will begin to represent you in the purchase or sale of a business.

How we use AI: We use AI for analyzing data trends, generating initial drafts, and customer support via our website chatbot and AI phone agent, CallWillo. Your Data Privacy: Any information you provide is used solely to fulfill your request. We utilize “Enterprise Privacy” settings, meaning your data is not stored by the AI provider and is not used to train future AI models.
