If you are buying or selling a business, WHC requires the purchase of administrative hours before we begin to represent you, research options, process paperwork and advise you further.
Step 1: Please purchase your administrative hours below. Additional time can be purchased if needed. This is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a 3rd party. The purchase of admin hours will be deducted from the final success fee charged by WHC upon the sale (8%) or purchase (3%) of a business. You can choose to get started with 16 hours or 40 hours. We meet with you weekly to discuss hours used and the strategy for use of the following week’s hours.
Step 2: After we receive your retainer, review and sign the WHC MUTUAL NDA M&A SERVICE AGREEMENT 2026. Please return the signed agreement to Will Holmes at will@whcusa.com. He wil countersign and send you the final version for your records. Then, the team will begin to represent you in the purchase or sale of a business.
