The Charles County Military Alliance Council (MAC) serves as the vital link between Naval Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head and the economic vitality of our region. As we enter this next chapter, we are launching a comprehensive 60-day strategic planning process to codify a vision that ensures long-term regional growth, robust advocacy, and operational excellence.

To build a truly impactful 5-year roadmap, we need to bridge the “Value Gap”—and that begins with your insights.

We need to understand your current challenges, what you value most about MAC’s connection to NSF Indian Head, and how we can better support your mission over the next five years. Project Timeline & Milestones

We are moving quickly from data gathering to an actionable blueprint. Here is where we are in our 60-day roadmap:

  • Phase 1: Planning & Setup (May 27 – June 10): Aligning objectives and establishing our Strategic Planning Subcommittee.

  • Phase 2: Stakeholder Engagement & Assessment (June 11 – June 30): [WE ARE HERE] Gathering deep qualitative insights from leaders like you to define CCMAC’s core value proposition.

  • Phase 3: Strategy & Financial Modeling (July 1 – July 15): Drafting the 5-year growth strategy and building realistic cash flow projections.

  • Phase 4: Final Refinement & Submission (July 16 – July 25): Presenting the finalized master strategic document to the CCMAC Board of Directors.
