Below is a live demo of an AI Chat Bot and an AI Phone Agent we built and trained on some basic FSC First data. You can call “Shelly,” the AI Phone agent at 443-328-0880. She can answer questions and send text messages with links for more info. (I didn’t activate the text message feature for the demo, but we can activate it if you want to move forward). You can also ask Shelly questions in the chat bot located at the bottom right side of this webpage.
Each week, or as needed, we can update the information used to answer questions about events, loan options and programming. All the answers can be refined to meet your requirements. After you test the phone and chat bot agents, let me know what you think.
