3 Options to List Your Business
The WHC Team will lead you though the sales process, ensuring that we list and market your business, screen offers, assist with funding where needed, and bring you to the closing table.
We offer three options:
Option 1: The “Lead Generator” (Marketing Only).
The Seller pays a monthly fee for WHC to list and market the business. WHC will forward inquiries to the Seller via email introductions, and the Seller handles the screening, negotiations, legal paperwork and closing. This is a month-to-month service that the entrepreneur can cancel at any time.
Option 2: The “Gatekeeper” (Marketing + Vetting for 90 days).
WHC markets the business and screens potential buyers (Proof of Funds, NDAs, Experience) before sending the qualified inquiry to the Seller for evaluation. The Seller is responsible for due diligence, negotiations, legal paperwork and closing. This is a 90-day service that the Seller can extend at any time.
Option 3: The “Full-Service Partner” (The “Done-For-You” Model).
WHC offers Comprehensive representation: marketing, vetting, negotiation, and closing support for up to 12 months. The initial retainer is subtracted from the Success Fee upon closing.
