HOW REVENUE COACHING WORKS
WHC Credit Coaching is a 60 day program for Business Owners designed to identify challenges with credit, marketing and sales and develop an action plan to improve these areas in order to make Business Owners more attractive to lenders and investors.
COMMUNICATION SCHEDULE
We talk via phone once per week and communicate daily via email to ensure that progress is being made. The Business Owner is responsible for working on assigned tasks given by the Revenue Coach. The Revenue Coach is responsible for holding the Business Owner accountable and assigning homework to make progress.
THE GOAL
The goal is, within 60 days, to see improvement in marketing effectiveness and sales conversions while developing a strategy to improve the Business Owner's credit rating. These elements together will begin to strengthen the possibility for accessing capital.
