On Thursday, July 18th 2019, Will Holmes spoke on a panel about Baltimore’s narrative, hosted by the Public Relations Society of America, Maryland Chapter.

The panel shared different perspectives on the challenges Baltimore faces as the city attempts to reduce crime and poverty and yet, still attract tourists, new businesses and new residents to the city.
