Welcome to CallWillo.
To setup your CallWillo agents, we need Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone numbers. We partner with Twillio, the leading provider of VOIP numbers.
1. Go to https://www.twilio.com/.
2. Under Products, click Phone Numbers.
3. Click Start for Free.
4. Sign Up.
5. Purchase a phone number from Twillio.
Go to https://www.twilio.com/en-us/voice/pricing/us. We recommend “Pay as You Go,” but choose the best option for you.
6. After you purchase a Twillio phone number, go to your Twillio Dashboard.
While on the Dashboard page, scroll down and you will see your Account SID and your AUTH TOKEN. Copy and paste each into your CallWillo questionnaire so your Consultant can create your agent. You will also paste your Twillio phone number into the questionnaire. The questionnaire, once completed, allows you to choose a time for your onboarding meeting.
7. Then, go to CallWillo, to go to your Workspace.
Log in at https://whcusa.ai/
8. Then, click the Settings Icon (Rotor Icon).
Once you click the Settings Icon (a small rotor at the top of the page) you will see this page. Paste your codes here and save changes.
9. Then, go back to your CallWillo Workspace (Agents).
Click your existing agent or great a new agent by clicking the large blue button in the middle of the webpage.
10. Configure each Agent and add the corresponding number you purchased from Twillio.
