First, thank you to everyone who scheduled a call with me to discuss membership, their business challenges and access to resources. Especially now, without the option of in-person events, this is how we are providing value, one Member at a time. I’m biased and you are too. The good news is, we can actively decrease our biases by becoming more aware of them. Learning objectives: 1. Recognize when unconscious bias occurs and why it’s important to understand. 2. Explore how unconscious bias has a negative effect in an organizational context. 3.
