Fifth, East Baltimore Development, Inc. (“EBDI”) is excited to announce three (3) opportunities for qualified developers to submit written proposals for three (3) distinct development projects in the EBDI footprint now branded as Eager Park. Two (2) of the projects involve vacant parcels that will be developed into for-sale housing and one (1) involves the conversion and rehabilitation of two row homes used as office space back to rental or for-sale residential housing.
