Don’t Just Participate. Dominate.

What To Expect:

From Invisible to Influential: “We transform you from another vendor in the directory into a recognized industry authority that procurement officers and prime contractors actively want to work with.”

The Predictable Revenue Engine: “We help you transition from unpredictable, small-scale transactions to securing multi-year, high-value B2B and B2G contracts that stabilize and scale your cash flow.”

The ‘Win-Rate’ Multiplier: “We don’t just teach you how to write; we teach you how to win. We provide the frameworks, compliance checks, and strategic narratives that turn standard bids into undeniable proposals.”

8 Weeks/ 3 Phases

Phase 1: Find A Need (Market Influence & Positioning)

Before a business owner can write a winning proposal, they must be viewed as an authority, not just another vendor in a directory. This phase is about identifying target agencies or corporations and positioning the business to solve their specific problems.

  • Week 1: The Authority Audit. We strip down their current messaging. Business owners learn how to transition their brand positioning from a “service provider” to a “strategic partner” in the eyes of procurement officers and prime contractors.

  • Week 2: Procurement Recon. Teaching the cohort how to identify unadvertised pain points. They will learn how to research agency forecasts, corporate diversity spending goals, and upcoming solicitations before they hit the public market.

Phase 2: Fill A Need (Proposal Architecture & Strategy)

This is the technical core of the program. Influence gets them in the room; the proposal wins the contract.

  • Week 3: The Capability Statement Clinic. Condensing their newly defined influence into a one-page document that procurement officers actually want to read. We focus on the “elevator pitch” for B2B/B2G.

  • Week 4: Deconstructing the RFP. A tactical teardown of government and corporate solicitations. Cohort members learn how to read between the lines, identify true evaluation criteria, and map out a compliant response strategy.

  • Week 5: Writing the Winning Narrative. Moving beyond basic compliance. We teach the frameworks for writing compelling executive summaries, technical approaches, and past performance narratives that differentiate them from competitors.

  • Week 6: Strategic Teaming & Joint Ventures. How to punch above their weight class. Owners learn how to identify teaming partners, structure joint ventures, and use relationships to build the capacity needed for larger prime contracts.

Phase 3: Get Paid (Execution & Scaling)

Winning the contract is only half the battle; executing it profitably is the ultimate goal.

  • Week 7: The Pitch, Orals, & The Debrief. Preparing for the final presentation stage of major contracts. Additionally, we cover how to request and leverage post-award debriefs to ensure they learn from every loss and refine future bids.

  • Week 8: Contract Economics & Sustainability. The final week focuses on execution. We create rigorous cash flow projections as the primary tool for organizational growth. Owners build a 12-month revenue and expense model to ensure the new contract scales their business sustainably rather than bankrupting them through cash flow gaps.
